20-60 minute movement classes that will focus on playful and sometimes challenging explorations. My classes are open and accessible to ANYONE curious + willing to experience a new way of moving and understanding their body because nothing is more revealing than our movement. With regular participation you will start to see an increase with your usable range of motion, load tolerance and improvement with your balance. You will leave each class feeling empowered to move throughout every day life with more confidence, movement variations + freedom and happiness.
